Is it a hit or a miss? here’s my take
Exceptional service from friendly staff, with a convenient mobile to request anything. The stunning lagoon views during sunsets create a magical atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for relaxation.
Limited dining menu variety for longer stays may disappoint returning guests, with a need for more options after a week of identical meals.

Consider asking for a guided tour of the local area to discover hidden gems that enhance the cultural experience beyond the hotel. It's worth it.

Our group had an incredible time! The staff were attentive, always ready to fulfill our requests. We explored the local oyster farms and enjoyed relaxing by the infinity pool with amazing lagoon views. Don't miss the boat trip for stunning scenery. Communication was seamless through WhatsApp, making everything easy.
One downside was the breakfast which could use improvement. it felt lacking compared to the rest of our meals.

The interior design at La Sultana struck me immediately. Every detail reflected exquisite Moroccan artistry. My Panorama Room had a delightful terrace, perfect for morning coffee. Soundproofing worked well. I barely heard anything from adjacent rooms. Staff offered top-notch service. A WhatsApp function allowed me to reach them in minutes for any request. One evening, I asked for cocktails at the beach, and they set up a cozy fire for us. The indoor pool was lovely and perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day. Meals highlighted fresh seafood, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. the room’s hot tub wasn’t as private as I expected. it faced the main pathway, so I felt slightly exposed. On one occasion, payment for dinner took longer than anticipated. I preferred a clear itemized bill, but I only received a single receipt. the balance of luxury and local charm provided an unforgettable getaway. I’d go back, though I hope for quicker billing next time.

The staff was incredibly attentive, making our stay feel like home. The panoramic views from our room's terrace were simply relaxing, and the beach access allowed us to explore the beautiful tidal lagoon effortlessly.
The breakfast could use a bit of variety, as it felt repetitive after a few days. and the payment process for meals took longer than expected.

Had an amazing time with my family. the private patio in our room was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and we loved the outdoor swimming pool and soothing spa treatments. One tiny hiccup was the billing process, which could take a bit longer than expected. Definitely check out the local oyster farm tour if you get the chance! 🦪

While the room was generally cozy, I found some amenities to be lacking compared to the price tag, specifically the hot tub, which wasn't as private as I hoped. Occasionally, it felt like the hotel’s exclusivity came off a bit overbearing. I wanted to explore the architecture but was met with restrictions without prior appointments. After a hefty dinner, I expected a straightforward process with itemized billing, yet I was left waiting with only a receipt — a tad frustrating, to say the least.
